Which is the best movie making application for Windows 8.1?
Nothing is best under MS windows 8. If you must use Windows, use version 7 (but be careful with security as it is not supported any more), or version 10 (Which has its own set of problems, but it is slightly better than version 8). Other than that, when you ask movie making application - there is no such a thing. You make movies with a camera not a computer and an OS. But we edit, and add effects on computers. For editing you can use Adobe Premiere, while for FX work, you can use Nuke, Maya, and whatever else you need (note: youd also need quite a few years of study and experience to produce anything at all, and even more effort and knowledge if you want it to be any good). Dont let all that discourage you though. Everyone starts out as an amateur.
