You have just proven a few things: * You can afford the rent * You have no respect for the landlord or agent * You are willing to commit a crime * You are not to be trusted. Only the first is a good thing. You will most certainly be denied. Permanently. You will have a reputation for dishonesty and might not be able to rent in that area at all. Bad idea. Colossally bad idea.
